At Monty Bogan Motorcars, your satisfaction is our priority. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you the opportunity to thoroughly evaluate your new car in your own environment. If, within 30 days of delivery, the vehicle does not meet your expectations, you can initiate a return.
Return Criteria
To qualify for a return, the vehicle must be in the same condition as when it was delivered. It should show only standard wear from minimal use, with no modifications or damage. Ensure that all original materials, including documentation, accessories, and keys, are returned along with the vehicle.
Inspection and Refund Procedure
Once the returned vehicle is received, it will undergo a detailed inspection to confirm it meets the return eligibility requirements. Upon approval, a refund will be issued for the original purchase price, minus any applicable fees. Please allow adequate time for the refund to be processed.
